Project Life January 2021

Hello and welcome to my 2021 Project Life Album Set, along with all of my January stories I captured.

The first thing you may notice is that I have switched from doing Weekly Project Life, to Monthly Project Life.

This is a change I made back in August of 2020 and you can read about that HERE.

I can honestly say that I am loving this change, and I’m so glad that I tried Monthly Documenting out. It has made a huge difference in the way I’m feeling about documenting, and my ability to keep up with this project.

This year for my title page I decided to do something very simple. Just using some pattern paper, and a wood die cut I had on hand.

In my video today I will walk you through my set up, all the products I’ve used, along with how I am feeling going to 2021 with monthly documenting.

I thought I would give you a close up of some of the pages I have put together.

The first insert I always have at the beginning of each month is a Calendar Page. I found these calendar pages on Etsy and printed them out.

This is something that I carried over from my Weekly Documenting.

I love having a place were I can jot down notes from the month that may not be something I’m going out of my way to document in photos.

The other great feature that the Calendar provides is away to keep extra bits & pieces from the month.

This month I will be able to add some journaling to go along with the next insert I have which is a 6×12 insert with a few funny memes that were floating around Facebook at the beginning of the year.

I love using the 9×12 Page Protectors as a way to highlight a few stories from the month.

Once I found away to highlight a few stories from the month it made the switch from weekly documenting, to monthly documenting so much easier.

For this story that I’m highlighting I used a 9×12 normal page protector.

The next story I wanted to highlight was Kayla’s Birthday.

For these pictures I used a 9×12 pocketed page protector. I documented Kayla’s birthday on one side, and on the other side I filtered it some more random photos from the month.

All of my main products that I use such as Ink and Card Stock all come from Stampin Up.

You can purchase any of those supplies I use in my online store HERE, or by clicking on the photos below.

The other product that use comes from Ali Edwards, or Becky Higgins.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing this years set, along with January Pages. I will be sharing my progress through out the year!
